PRELIMINARY REVIEW
We verify your credentials and assess your professional and personal interests and goals to determine how you might best fit with our team. If there is a match, we invite you and your family to visit our campus and our community. Travel, hotel accommodations, car rental and meals are prearranged for your convenience and expenses are paid by Arnot Health.

INTERVIEW VISIT
We arrange a series of thorough and comprehensive interviews to get to know you and to help you understand our practice. You may have several meetings, depending on your goals and interests. In addition to prospective colleagues, we will introduce you to the Arnot Health professional staff. Whether you choose to pursue a hospitalist or office practice, you will have ample time to tour our outstanding facilities and visit with partnering providers and staff.

Physicians receive a generous incentive-based compensation package with an initial salary guarantee at a level that can be realistically maintained. Additional benefits may include loan repayment, residency/fellowship stipends, and relocation assistance. Advanced practitioners receive a competitive salary with generous paid time off.
